4worldlovers: The stay was very nice even though we needed a bus to reach to haram ( however the bus was there all the time and we never waited).

The only issue I would say I had is the fact that I paid for a half day for the early check in, I thought I would have been treated special and have lower rate since I am a mariott bonvoy active member, but I paid it and I fully understand it.

I'd like to thank Marriott staff for their cooperation and especially the cleaning service provided by Anwar who made our trip excellent.

The place of the hotel is very close to Haram and also close to main street to go to Aisha Mosque to perform Ihram for Umrah

P. S. Prices of hotel on its own website is better than booking.

My stay in Marriott was one of it's kind. Staff was really good. Near to Kaaba and shuttle is also available. Room service was really good. Food was really good.

Stayed at Makkah Marriott Hotel. Next to Heram Sharif. As good as the hotel looks, the behavior of their staff is also very good. Especially house keeping Shakeel and Supervisor Dalim Mirza their service is very good. If I go to Makkah again I will stay at the Marriott Hotel in Shah Allah

Very nice stay . clean hotel and good room service. Excellent shuttle toHaram around clock. But machines were little noisy working in Haram.

Hard for elders to leg it to Haram, but the hotel provides excellent shuttle bus service. I only wish the shuttle bus stop was a bit closer to Haram as it's on a slope which could be a bit hard for older people, especially in summer.
